The planet we share
No matter your industry, no matter your location, no matter our size, stake or market share, every business has one thing in common: the planet we share. That means preserving it is not only critical to our quality of life, but to the growth, success, and sustainability of businesses.
Our Sustainability Awards seek to applaud companies who have made sustainability an integral part of their business practice. Judged by a panel of volunteers who are themselves leaders and experts in the area of environmental impact, we offer elevated exposure for the exemplary accomplishments of leaders, initiatives, and organizations working to reduce the impact of their business on the environment.
The Sustainability Awards program provides the opportunity for your organization to receive global recognition by a panel of volunteer judges who themselves are leaders and experts in business.

Works
Nominations must be for performances in the last 12 months, must not be a duplicative work of others, and should be able to clearly show the impact of your organization, product, or individual performance through concrete measurements or analysis.
The nomination fee to participate is $849.

Award Categories
We select winners in organizations of all sizes.
Across six major awards, we recognize winners according to organization size: micro, very small, small, medium, large, and nonprofit. Download our full nomination guide for a detailed overview of our category descriptions and the industries we cover.
Sustainability Leadership Award
Awarded to an organization within a specific industry whose actions over the last 12 months prove sustainability is a core business objective.
Sustainability Initiative of the Year
Awarded to an organization within a specific industry that launched or completed a sustainability initiative or project within the last 12 months.
Sustainability Product of the Year
Awarded to an organization within a specific industry that launched or completed a physical product within the last 12 months that improves sustainability or is designed to be more eco friendly than market alternatives.
Sustainability Service of the Year
Awarded to an organization within a specific industry that launched or completed a service within the last 12 months that improves sustainability or is designed to be more eco friendly than market alternatives.
Sustainability Hero (Executive)
Awarded to an executive individual within an organization whose efforts over the past 12 months have improved the sustainability initiatives of the organization. Executives include all chief level, vice president level or similar titles.
Sustainability Champion (Nonexecutive)
Awarded to a non executive individual within an organization whose efforts over the past 12 months have improved the sustainability initiatives of the organization. All employee levels under vice president are eligible.
