As the Senior Vice President of IT and Strategic Planning for the PALNAR, I am responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with the organization’s business objectives. This involves overseeing product development and ensuring that software initiatives meet market demands while leveraging the latest technologies (AI/ML, IOT, BlockChain and Cloud Solutions). I am leading cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and innovation in software development practices, and managing resources effectively, including budgeting and staffing. Engaging with stakeholders, from executives to clients, is key to refining solutions and driving customer satisfaction.
