Uday has 20+ years of experience in IT with focus on leading software development, managing high growth teams, and defining architecture for large and complex organizations. Uday led software engineering teams, managing revenue of more than $20M for multiple global scale organizations on leading practices related to Middleware, Enterprise Application Integration and “APIfication” of the existing technology ecosystem. Uday worked as a Sr. Manager at PwC leading engineering programs from strategy, architecture through till implementation. As a Sr. Manager, Uday led programs for clients across finance, retail, healthcare and airline industries. Uday led implementation of large scale distributed systems with focus on reliable, highly available (99.99% uptime) and scalable architecture (~65M users/month). Prior to that as a Delivery Manager at Capgemini, Uday led 15+ enterprise integration projects for systems that are highly complex, involve multi company data integration (7+ companies) and involves sensitive data. Uday achieved a recurring cost benefit in most projects in the range of 5% - 10%. Uday led the productization strategy of APIs for partner consumption by taking a reusable build approach. Uday led the implementation of a new technology on two separate occasions, that eventually led to faster to market delivery, being able to manage APIs better and provide clear visibility to business on the state of IT systems. The value Uday brings is his deep technical and managerial expertise leading delivery teams, backed by strong architectural know-how, with people management and C-suite stakeholder management expertise. Uday is also an IEEE Senior Grade Member. Uday is also a seasoned expert in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and helped various clients automate repeatable and predefined tasks, thereby providing cost benefit.
