Shweta Agarwal is a Principal Engineer and a subject matter expert in technical product development for IoT solutions at Verizon. She has 20+ years of experience in developing multiple software and hardware products, specializing in IoT, smart energy meters, computer vision and telecom solutions. She is an end-to-end solutions architect who help develop ideas into commercial product offerings Her responsibility starts from researching and developing innovative and new IoT solutions for Verizon. She is expert at analyzing various wireless protocols and hardware chipsets. In her role she develops ideas into proof of concepts and perform feasibility study to identify whether the assets and devices are compatible with Verizon’s wireless network and can be turned into real product offerings. She has received multiple awards and accolades such as Innovation, Most valuable peer, Customer experience and many more at Verizon. She is fellow member at IETE, IEEE senior member.
