Shishir Tewari

Shishir Tewari is a seasoned Data Engineering leader with nearly two decades of experience building and managing high-performing teams at global companies such as Google, Amazon, Procore, and Morgan Stanley. Throughout his 19-year career, Shishir has spearheaded large-scale data warehousing and business intelligence initiatives—driving digital transformation, optimizing data pipelines for petabyte-scale processing, and fostering a culture of innovation and operational excellence. With deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), open-source technologies, and advanced analytics, Shishir has helped organizations migrate critical data infrastructure, establish robust data governance frameworks, and deliver real-time insights to support strategic decision-making. He holds a specialization in Data Science and Analytics from Rutgers University, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.
