I am Dr. Prasanth Kamma, a Principal Architect at Aetna Inc. (a CVS Health Company) with over 10 years of experience in the IT industry. My journey has been driven by a passion for technology and a commitment to improving healthcare through innovative solutions. I hold an Honorable Doctorate in Computer Science and am a Senior IEEE member, reflecting my dedication to advancing the field of technology. I also have a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, which provided a strong foundation for my career in IT and architecture. As the founder of HealthCrm.ai, I focus on bridging the gap between healthcare and technology, developing CRM platforms that enhance patient care and operational efficiency. I have had the privilege of mentoring and coaching over 2245 aspiring software engineers, guiding them in their careers in healthcare and CRM platforms. My role as a mentor and coach is something I deeply value, as it allows me to give back to the community and help shape the future of technology in healthcare. Throughout my career, I have earned 18 certifications, including Salesforce, Mulesoft Platform Architect, Mulesoft Certified Developer, Conga Certified Architect, and Copado Mentor, which reflect my expertise and commitment to delivering comprehensive and effective solutions. My work in developing an advanced system for automated identification of irregular heartbeats in ECG data using artificial intelligence and machine learning earned me a patent, showcasing my ability to innovate and apply technology to solve critical healthcare challenges. I have also contributed to the academic and research communities through my publications in international journals like the International Journal of Computer Science and Management (IJCSM) and the International Journal of Recent Scientific and Technology (IJRSAT).
