With over 15 years of experience, I am a technology leader specializing in AI product strategy, execution and innovation. In my current role as the Head of Generative AI CoE at LatentView Analytics, I help organizations transform opportunities into PoCs and scale PoCs to production. I have launched and managed a highly successful experimentation program at LendingTree, led the development of a global AI platform for customer support at PayPal, and leveraged analytics and machine learning across projects at Microsoft, Google, and various media companies. I am passionate about the field of AI/ML and more recently I have grown excited about the challenges and opportunities brought on by Language Models & Generative AI.
