Amit Dhanda

Amit Dhanda is currently senior scientist at Amazon. He has extensive experience building AI/ ML models to solve business and research problems. At Amazon, he leads forecasting worldwide operations financial metrics and leverages generative AI models on structured and unstructured data. Prior to Amazon, he was the Director of Data Science at Adore Me (acquired by VS), where he led the launch of ML-based product recommendation models and led website optimization experiments with C-suite. Before that, he was the Manager of Decision Science at EXL, leading a team of scientists building ML models for subscriber growth and engagement. Amit started his career as an Analytics Manager at Thomson Reuters where he built NLP based text classification models for Fortune 500 companies before relocating to the US in 2015.
