Philadelphia, PA—May 24, 2018—The Business Intelligence Group announced today the winners of its 2018 Best Places to Work award program, which identifies the organizations doing all they can to improve performance by challenging their employees in fun and engaging work environments. The Business Intelligence Group is honoring these 28 companies for helping their employees accelerate their careers, knowledge and performance. First, nominations for the Best Places to Work award were submitted and then employees of the nominated organizations were asked to complete an online survey to rate their overall satisfaction and company performance.
This year’s overall winner is InterLinc Mortgage Services of Houston, Texas, a fast-growing mortgage company committed to providing its customers with the highest quality home loans. In locations spanning across the South Central, Southeast, and Midwest regions of the United States, its mortgage professionals are committed to finding the right loans and lowest rates for their customers. They also provide personal and prompt attention to ensure that loans close on time and as agreed.
James H. VanSteenhouse, InterLinc CEO, expressed his delight at having been the overall winner, “Truly, it’s the incredible members of our entire team who make this award possible-not so much because they voted for us, but because they’re the ones who arrive every day with the desire to make working here personally rewarding, to make us a company clients are glad they chose, and to make the work fun. We are a growing company, and it’s the infectious spirit and drive of our employees that give us the confidence to expand knowing that clients will like working with us as much as we like working with each other.”
“This year’s program identified an outstanding group of companies that make employee performance and engagement a central mission of their organization,” said Maria Jimenez, Chief Nominations Officer of Business Intelligence Group. “Unlike our other business awards that are judged by volunteer industry experts and business leaders, the Best Places to Work awards program puts the power of determining winners into the hands of the employees themselves. We were amazed at the sheer percentage of employees who participated in making their respective companies win. That alone should serve as testament to the success of each organization.”
